Default Bolt snapped what now?

I was taking off the lower bolt on the rear suspension and the bolt split in two. Thing is both the bolt and the nut came off... I dont think the bolt should have come off of the lower arm bar. I went to honda to order a new bolt but they didnt have the part number for the nut because it's attached to the lower arm bar. Anyway, my question is. Do I have to buy a new lower arm bar or can i use a universal bolt (it will fit the lower arm bar was not damaged)?

Buy a universal nut with matching bolt and put it in with a locking washer or weld it in.

Also, make sure that the bolt is grade 8 or higher.
