Where's it at? I just had the same problem with a lugnut on my truck and to get the sucker off there, I just hammered a lug wrench into it and twisted it free. I got off lucky , I think. If you give more info, we might be able to help better.

Just weld another bolt to it, and twist it off that way.

That depends on what bolt you are trying to take off.

I have had a head stud stuck before. I used a cut-off wheel to form a "new" bolt head. I then hammered a socket onto the "new" bolt head and twisted it off. It only works if you have enough room to work with the cut off wheel. A Dremel tool will work also

You know at Sears they sell this tool called "bolt extractor" for about $20 I think? and it's designed for removing rounded off bolt heads. it has left handed threads inside it that will "bite" into the rounded head and remove it. it's kinda similar to a screw extractor. hope that helps.

Thanks for the helpful advices guys....I FINALLY got that sucker out! I used some WD40 and some heavy duty (I call it "delux") vice grip to get it out.
