I just finished installing a obd1 b16a in a 99cx, running a jdm p30 and jumper harness obd2b-obd1. All wiring is correct, did the iacv fix and swapped all sensor plugs. Customer is telling me that the car is bogging at times, sometimes it pulls hard other times is slower than the other stock motor. Tps is fine, .5closed 4.5 wide open, the only thing i can think of is the map sensor, or the fact that the motor was filthy inside and had crappy compression numbers.
