Default Problems...

Okay I blew fuse 15 and had some problems with the vss, vtec, etc... Well I didn't know it was a blown fuse until I took it to a mechanic and he fixed it. It worked great for a few days but now VTEC isn't engaging and the car is even slower than it normally is, also I am getting shitty gas mileage. I checked the fuse and it is fine but it is a 20 (amp?) when it is supposed to be a 7.5, I am going to fix that in the morning but just to prepare myself could anything be seriously fucked up b/c he put in the wrong size fuse? Thanks

Disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and try again.

We all have problems but please be more specific in your title and someone may help. Well the first problem is that he did not replace the fuse of the same amperage. The fuse blows for a reason, by replacing it with a higher one especially such a high rating, my bet is if you had a short in your system it fried the wires. My.02
