Default Black box on the back of the block?

What is the name of the part that is located on the back of my b16a?

it is black and seems to filter blow by or some type of oil fumes... i need a new one the one i have seems to have a vacuum leak

it wont cause a vac leak. You dont need a new one, probably just a grommet is dried.
