Default BIG PROBLEMS, HELP, SKIPPING BAD

ok so im driving around today and its running alright still not boosting hardly and then i pull out with a friend and it just starts acting weird....no low end power at all...partial throttle is what i could do only...and if i just pressed it some more it would bogg out. I have a JRSC FMU on there and last night when i installed the turbo, the fuel pressure gauge was reading about 55 static psi and around 30 base. the car didnt do none of that skipping stuff. Now when i look at the gauge while the car is sitting there running...its running at 20psi...and when i take the line off to adjust the base pressure....it doesnt go up to 55 like it did....it just stays at 20. and i cant adjust it or nothing. The car idles alright but right when i tap that gas it just skips and studders like hell and it wont even go anywhere barely. i changed the spark plugs...and i took the jrsc fmu off and it still does it and sits on 20 psi and everything with the factory regulator. i checked and rechecked the map sensor and its hooked up fine and working and i took out the check valves to make sure of that too....this bitch just doesnt want to rev at all. and part of my boosting problem might be a little leak between the damn turbo flange and the manifold which is just great. any ideas.....im really thinking fuel pump but i just dont know.

There could be a restriction in the fuel system. Probably a bad fuel pump though.
