big hello from the uk, having a little trouble with my b20 vtec basically it's not working, run lots of tests manually opened the solenoid by using 12voly supply checked it opens but still no vtec... It's a b20b3 blocks we are picking up our oil feed from the oil pressure switch not a take off plate, could this be the problem? Or do u get the same pressure as u do from a take off...

 

i think its the Vtec oil pressure sensor. mine was faulty so i put my vtec on a switch until i tuned it eleminating the sensor

 

Is this a new build or old, basically has it ran and worked before?
Do you have any codes?
Did you verify the wiring is good?
Does your vss work?
Did you block the passage in the bottom of the head?
Is the o-ring in the head below the middle cam cap?
