Best way to tuned NOS
yea all motor then n20. only prob is u dont want them advancn ur timing unless u have some method to retard as soon as u start spraying...keep that in mind, itll save your motor. !

It sounds as if you're worried about detonation, but who isn't. Off the top of my head I can think of a few preventative measures you may want to take. Obtaining cooler spark plugs (more then likely provided with your kit), upgraded ignition system, clean fuel injectors (possibly new), obviously make sure the fuel pump is in proper order, 92 octane...I am sure others can add on where I left off or suggest better methods.
I got this off http://www.teamdimensional1.com homepage. Well here it goes.
There are three types of Nos Systems available for import cars: dry manifold, wet single fogger, and direct port. The most popular and recommended system is direct port. The major benefit is the efficient and even flow of nitrous and gas to each cylinder. So therefore, I will base this tech section on direct port.
For CRX motor:
The maximum shot for any stock 1.6L SOHC is 80 shot.
For Integra Non-Vtec motor:
The optimal shot for any stock 1.8L DOHC is 100 shot.
For Integra Vtec motor:
The optimal shot for any stock 1.8L DOHC Vtec is 110-120 shot.
* Make sure the NOS JETTINGS correspond with the GAS JETTINGS. If they aren't, you may either run too rich or too lean which can melt your pistons. Also it is recommended that an inline FUEL PUMP is added to give the injectors more fuel. If you're planning to run 100 shot, or more, A fuel regulator should also be added.
* IGNITION TIMING is very important when running NOS. If the timing is too advance, you can blow your engine sky high. So for an 80 shot of NOS, the timing should be retarded 3-4 degrees from stock. And for a 100 shot, the timing should be retarded 5-6 degrees from stock. If you're planning to run between 110-120 shot, you should retard your timing between 7-8 from stock.
* You should always start from the lowest shot and move up. That way you can get used to the power of NOS. A well performed engine always comes down to fuel and timing. By the way, remember to buy a set of slicks!
