Best setting for cam gears ?

my set up
AEM cold air intake
AEM cat back exhuast 2 1/2 "
DC 421 header
I just order a pair of skunk 2 cam gear .. and was wondering what is the best setting for this basic set up ? my goal is to make 154@wheels.. im gonna go dyno later but i just want to be around there..
And Im running on my stock cams for now

What motor do you have? Always start at zero and work from there. Every engine reacts differently so it's impossible to tell you which way to go. The dyno won't lie.
This is at least the 3rd one of these I've seen in the past week.
Cam gears are not an exact science. What works for one car may not work for another. The only way that you can reliably tune them is on a dyno with someone who knows what they are doing. If somebody tells you that -5,+3 works great always, they're lying cause it don't. Take it to a dyno and test it.
Or if you want to mess around, feel free to screw it up and get less performance than you do now (or worse) in every test but the butt dyno.
