Default Bent Mainshaft? More Tranny Problems!

First my input shaft bearing was making some noise. I took apart the tranny and replaced the bearing and put it back together. Then the shaft would not turn when it was all bolted back togehter, even with a spare clutch disk on the input shaft turning with two hands. I took it apart and checked everything many times and this last time I checked and the input shaft coming out into the bellhousing seems to be slightly bent.

Has anyone else had this problem when a input bearing goes bad? I'm assuming this means a new mainshaft bearing and mainshaft

open the case back up and make sure noting moved, while you were closing the case. once the case is open and you check to see, that everything is where it should be spin the mainshaft by hand. if the same problem still occurs, you have in your hands a bendt mainshaft. i have only seen that from inproper installations, but i can say it acn also happen with bearring failure! if the mainshaft is bendt, i can probably sell you a used one! good luck!
