Which bearings with reground crank?
Hi
I have a crank that I bought used and it must have been reground because the journals are 54.74mm (2.1551").
The block, without any bearings in it, is 58.96mm to 58.98mm (2.3213", 2.3220")
ACL sells bearings that are .25mm undersize but if they are still "green" they wont give enough clearence. I used this thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=715490
Does Honda or anyone else sell bearings that will work with this motor?

Unless it was nitrided again i wouldn't use it.Nitriding is rarely done on a regrind because of the expense. If this isn't done the journals tend to wear quickly.Regrinds tend to crack if the radius on the journals is incorrect and doesn't blend nicely.Honda does not make undersize bearings because they do not recommend regrinding.Aftermarket (ACL,Clevite,Topline,King) bearings are your only choice. You will have to live with the clearance the undersize bearings give you.
