battery relocation trouble.
i recently relocated my battery into my trunk.
i used 2gauge from the positive to a power distribution block under the dash.
from there i have 2 gauge to the starter
and a 4 gauge to the fuse box.
my fuse box is also relocated under my dash, so i had to extend the alt. wire to reach.
my car only starts with a VERY freshly charged battery. or with a jump.
if the battery is even 12.3-12.5 volts the car will only crank and not fire.
the engine still sounds like its cranking fast.
i have less than a .01 volt drop between the battery and the fues box.
so to sum it all up my car cranks. and it only starts with 12.8v or more.
any in put is greatly appreaciated.

If I remember correctly a 12 volt battery should be at atleast 12.6 but ideally 12.8. I know a brand new 12 volt battery typically reads about 13.4 volts
