i searched google and HT but cant find exactly what im looking for. pretty much looking for a step by step write up of how to assembly a bare b16 head.

my head is coming back from the shop today and needs to be assembled. I bought the head bare and all the internals were in a big zip lock bag.

i want to replace the valve seals are these alright to use?

mostly what im looking for is how to properly install the rollers and rails. the valve springs retainers and cams i can do. but ive never pulled the rollers out before and mine are in a bag.
are there any particular things to watch out for or tricks on how to do this?

Is a very simple process but take patience..

 

thats close but all the little steel pins where do they go and what order. the 2 long shafts are they the same or does it matter what side they go in?
