Bare b16 head, need assembly help
i searched google and HT but cant find exactly what im looking for. pretty much looking for a step by step write up of how to assembly a bare b16 head.
my head is coming back from the shop today and needs to be assembled. I bought the head bare and all the internals were in a big zip lock bag.
i want to replace the valve seals are these alright to use?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ferre...Q5fAccessories
mostly what im looking for is how to properly install the rollers and rails. the valve springs retainers and cams i can do. but ive never pulled the rollers out before and mine are in a bag.
are there any particular things to watch out for or tricks on how to do this?

Re: Bare b16 head, need assembly help
..i hope for your sake all the internals are FROM that head.
lube it all up everything real good and pour oil on the springs and cams before you put the valve cover on. get a spring compressor from Autozone so you can put in the springs. Ferre is good stuff, buy those. make sure your valves arent bent. lay them 1 by 1 on their side and roll them with your hand like pizza dough.
