to balance bottom end, what does one take?

Default to balance bottom end, what does one take?

Sorry for the beginner question... do I bring the assembled block? or just the crank, rods, pistons, flywheel?

You need the rods and pistons. Each rod will be weighed to match the lightest one. The same for the pistons.

you need to take them the whole rotating assembly. your crank, pulley, rods, pistons, wrist pins, bearings, clutch and flywheel.

When i had my race motor balanced, i took the whole bottom end assembly there. They balanced the crank, rods, pistons all attached. Not sure how its done, but it cost me like $100-150. Cant remember exact cost.
