i'm having problems with the idle after installin a crower stage 1 cam, my idle is so low it causes the engine to stall when in nuetral or 1st or when driving slowly. i have tried advancing the timing and retarding the timing but hasn;t seemed to help .

 

which timing cam or ignition?

 

make sure your cam gears and crank is lined all up at TDC. if you are off a tooth you can have problems. Also Make sure you adust the vavle clearance to the cam specs.
