Bad Gasoline Question

My car has been sitting in a garage for 3 years and pretty sure the gas has gone bad in the tank. My real question is will the lines need to be drained as well?

Pretty sure if the gas that's been sitting in the tank is bad, the same gas that's been sitting in the lines is also now bad..
