Default Bad CEL.. Random Missfire all 4

Car is OBD2B btw. I was on the way home going up a hill so i downshift to 3rd and took it to 7k on a gsr then went to 4th and took it to 6 before letting off. CEL started blinking. exit the freeway and pulled into a parking lot. on the way, car dies while coasting. started it when parked and it sounds like its misfiring real bad. rpm drops real low. had to keep light throttle to keep the car running. replaced plugs and wires. Cap and Rotor Still good. Pulled ECU code and got misfire for all 4 cylinder. I am really confused now.. Any help will be appreciated.

EDIT: Forgot to mention car has no knocking sounds and it drives fine pass 3k rpm.

Is your coolant reservoir bubbling when the car is running? Are you overheating? If not, check the air and fuel filters, check the grounds, check ignition timing, check for spark, and then the fuel pressure.

Go to a parts store and get a loaner fuel pressure gauge. You'll probably have to put down a decent sized deposit but you'll get it back. If the ignition timing is suddenly way off, don't try to fix it yet. Take off the valve and timing covers and see if the belt slipped.

You can connect the gauge to the service port on the fuel filter.

It's a bolt that goes into a larger bolt that screws the fuel line onto the filter. You take the smaller bolt off, the larger bolt still holds the fuel line to the filter and the gauge screws into the larger bolt. Some vehicles have a service port on the fuel rail itself.
