Default b2o vtec no problems

i have had my daily driven b20 vtec for 22,000 daily driven miles and i heard alot of people having problems wih the bottom end. I have an 85mm over bore and arias 12:5:1 compression and thats it on the bottom end, the only strange thing it does is when the motor is running and i open the dipstick i hear compressed air coming out of the block, and it burns a little tiny bit of oil but doesnt leak a drop of anything...

yep with 12:5:1 compressdion on stock block no sleeves or block guard had no problems except minor oil consumption and that pressure release noise coming from the block when i take out the dipstick when the oil is running.
