B20vtec idling problem, HELP!!!!
My b20vtec wont seem to stay idling and has sudden surges from 1500-2500rpms but im only throwing code 10? anyone know my problem and know how to fix it?
try carb cleaner, you'll notice the engine bog when the leak intakes the carb cleaner. Check around the head flange, tb, and brake booster lines. if you have a fast idle thermo on the tb, make sure the plunger is seated in it correctly.

Oh, totally forgot. My b20/vtec would idle like crap on my PR4 ECU (that's obd-1 LS correct?).
I made damn sure there were no leaks and the idle screw would only add to the chaos. It just woudn't idle right. Until, I got a custom map done with Neptune (Thanks LoCash Joe!). Other then that and some spark plugs, 7s, now she purrs at 900rpm solid.
