Default b20 vtec question...helppp

hey all, any input is greatly appeciated, i have almost finally parted together a full b20vtec swap which consists of: (KEEP READING FOR THE PROBLEM)

my stock b20b in my car (currently running)

b16 head (rest of the parts off the car till swap)
supertech dual valve springs
stock valves
crower 63412-2 cams (STAGE 2)
skunk2 tuner series adjustable cam gears
(unknown ecu so far , prolly will get stock p75 obd1 rechipped for vtec)
new waterpump and timing belt, tensioner pulley cam seals, valve cover seals
b20b bottom end in car
greddy 4-2-1 header, 2.25 inch exhaust, vibrant muffler, aem sri

FOR THE PROBLEM NOW:.... i am about to do the swap in a few weeks, i plan to do the swap in a few weeks in my driveway, dont want crazy numbers out of it but was not planning on dishing out tuning $$$, would i be able to drive my car with the stg 2 crower cams without getting it tuned? would i damage any engine parts, internals, blow my motor? i rip it here and there maybe twice a week.

if you're not gonna spend the money to get it tuned, run a stock motor.
