Car was running great for a few years, but now that I don't drive it everyday when I go to drive it, it's a chore. I try to take it out on the weekends.
When I start the car it 's missing on one cylinder, or dies out. Idk which one since nobody is around to help me. But after a few tries I can get it to idle kinda, it sounds like a wrx. After holding it at idle for about a minute while it's still missing it'll clear up and idle normal.
I've checked the fuel pressure, it's around 50, there are NO cel. And it will drive normal after it warms up.
Things I've tried
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
Plugs, and wires
Injectors were sent out and cleaned
Gas cap, I get the vacuum sound everytime I open it.
I really like the car, but knowing I can't just hop in and drive is making me irratated.
Could it be just the gas? I always run 92, but other people I asked said maybe the gas cap is letting in enough moisture and it could be possible that's what causing my problem.

I just had a cust who had some hacks put a GSR head on his B20 bottom end....same thing you are describing...ended up being a leaky head gasket, although it wasn;'t overheating.

Tried another distributor, still misses when cold.
Drives perfect, if I have the patience to get it warmed up.
I did the conversion myself about 5yrs ago, really hope it's not the headgasket. It does not blow any smoke at all, and is'nt going through any oil that I can tell.
