Default b20 pistons

i am about to build a b20 vtec. i am choosing between the ITR head and the b16 head. which one will do better? and also, what pistons can i use for the b20 block>? can i use the ITR pistons for lightweight purposes? can i also use the venturi plate by spoon to increase the flow of fuel in the cylinder?

Do some more research dude. ITR is a ported B16A head, with better valvetrain components. B20 has a bigger bore(84mm), so you can't use ITR pistons(81mm). You need aftermarket pistons, or cut larger valve reliefs in the stockers to avoid piston to valve contact with a vtec head. Fuel delivery(flow) is controlled by injector size, pressure, pulse width, and duration. Not plates.

I would just port out the B16 head it's probably cheaper. Then get an ITR intake manifold. As for pistons i would definately recommend using ENDYN Rollerwaves. Build a setup like HX_guy, his 97 coupe runs high 12's all motor.
