Default b20 blocks....... lots of power or weak?

ok i am wanting crvtec and i was just wondering what you guys think about the blocks right now i have an ls block and would it just be better to finish the ls vtec and sleeve the ls block or do crvtec??????????

IMO, if you already have the block I'd sleeve it to 84mm bores. Then your set for a high c.r. or turbo application.
You would spend close to the same amount (as sleeving) to buy a B20 longblock...then you may be lucky to sell that common B18B block for a couple hundred. I'd go with the sleeved B18B if I had to choose.

def go sleeves w/ the b18.....check out b20vtec.com they have had problems w/ the b20 sleeves (cracking) w/ high comp.. and they say they have talked to ppl w/ the same problem

yeah that what i will probably do. you guys know of any good machine shops or companies to do sleeving and when doing sleeving you reallly want to use forged pistons right?
