Default ls/vtec turbo

right now im getting ready to order sleeves, rods, and pistons for my b18b block... Im wondering if I should just by a b20 block instead, I see them go for around $400 all the time, and just sleeve that... Im looking to get some real power... around 500-600 hp or more with a 60-1 turbo... just wondering if the extra displacement of the b20 is worth it, or if i should just save my money and stick with my b18b?

save the money and use it to get an SC61 instead of the dated and inefficient 60-1

If you're going to sleeve it anyhow, get whatever is cheaper. There is no advantage to buying a b20 if you're going to resleeve.

I already have the ls block so I wil use that. Will the sc61 produce more power than a 60-1?

if you want 600whp you should look in to a 62-1/t4
