Default B20 **help*

i have an 90 obd1 b20 civic si

PROBLEMS: Wont start, the relay wont click, check engine light, keep blowing my 15a ECU fuse, and no fuel pump

i just replaced the main relay with Part # R3264 at oriellys on my receipt it says its for a 1.5 civic not the si. not sure if it matters but i put the new relay in and it didn't do a thing still no fuel pump. and every time i turn the key to the ON position i blow my 15a ecu fuse.

WHAT THE HECK COULD THIS BE???? what i thought would be a simple fix is turning into a big headache

Unplug the PGM-FI Main Relay, [fuel pump relay] and turn ign. on and see if ECU fuse still blows, if not then either the fuel pump, fuel injectors or one of the engine sensors powered by the PGM-FI Main Relay or the wiring to the above has a short, if fuse still blows my guess is the ECU is shorted out. 94

well your fuel pump wont prime if your ecu is not working...simply just swap it out and try on another one...to see if it works...

One time, a buddy(i use the term loosely) of mine welded an o2 bung into his header. The location waas very bad. Once it was bolted up it smashed the o2 sensor into the subframe. HAHAHAHA...yeah definately fried a couple wires, lol.
