b18c1 intake mani

i have a b18c1 if i change the manifold say to a skunk2 will i have a loud vtec cross over like the b16 and type r ? cause i use to have a b16 and screamed

the only way it would scream when u change the IM is to also change your ecu

How does changing you ECU make yoour car scream?
