B18C1 IACV Fluctuation
B18C1 in my Civic, Engine code is for IACV Idle air control valve, RPM Gets stuck and hops from 1,500-1,900 RPM and makes the car buck, I was told that even with an obd2-obd1 jumper I still need to re-pin 1 slot, does anyone know how to do this, its driving me insane?
