ok i moved all my wires and fuse box in side the car, my car is gutted and some times it will start and some times it wont. when it starts it sputters so ill let it run then it will run fine and when i turn it off it wont start.so i think it could be my fuel pump going out , my fuel gauge shows it has right pres so when i start my car it seems like it goes higher then it should, i dont know any help would be great.
