Okay. So I swapped in a b18b Into my 98 ek hatch after I blew my single.

It will crank but it won't start, I'm runnin my stock obd2a harness, same harness I used on the single (it worked just fine on the single), brand new distributor, and p75 obd2a ecu.

I did the crank sensor bypass. My cels are o2 sensor 1 and 2 (bc there is no bung on the headers or my exhaust) and water temp sensor.

I do have spark and I do have fuel also. My grounds are all good, my fuses are all good, I tried several spark plug wires, spark plug are gapped correctly, my firing order is correct (1-2-4-3), I tried 2 p2e ecus and the p75. The motor is on timing. Compression starting from cyl one is 180,180,150,180.

Here's the weird part.. If I put the firing order backwards (4-3-1-2) it does start but it runs horrible like its completely off timing bad.

Am I missing something?! I'm going crazy, I'm desperate at this point lol I don't understand! Can somebody please help me here 😭

What is the fuel pressure?

Are you using an HEI spark tester when checking spark?

I solved the problem..

After 2 days of days of headache and no sleep.. Turns out that my brand new distributor was fxckin 180 degrees off smfh.
