Default b18b internals into b18a?

i was wondering if anyone knows if u can transfer b18b internals into a b18a block? Will I have any problems?

Would I be better getting a b18b block instead of a b18a block or are the internals the same? I'm taking my pistons and rods out and putting them in another block due to my head bolts stripping out. Your input would be greatly appericated!! Thanks

please give more information on this cause some people told me it would'nt. One friends told me to post up here because you guys know what your talking about! Please give more advise!!!
