Ok, If i wanted to install CTR pistons I will have to hone the cylinders right?
then later down the road I wanted to boost and needed lower compression pistons it will be ok? Just wondering.

its always better to hone the cylinders when you put new pistons in. otherwise your probably not gonna get the best seet(sp) with the new rings on the walls. if u hone it, then your guarenteed a perfect wall for the rings to seet to. then u wont burn any oil.

It also depends on the condition of the cylinders. My b18a had enough taper in the cylinder walls that I needed to have it bored .020 over. If you're going to spend the money on pistons, a bore/hone job isn't that much at a machine shop, and you'll get a perfect fit. This was with a higher mileage motor though.
