Default Getting rid of Carbon Canister

I live in Missouri and we don't care about the O zone at all so emisions aren't a concern. I want to get rid the the carbon canister on my 94 del sol in order to clean up the appearance of the engine bay.....does any one know what lines I need to block off or connect together to do so?

the fuel tank vent line you could leave unhooked or cap it or run some 1/4 from that line and route it to under the car so all those fumes dont go in your engine bay
