Default b18 EF hatch axle seal problem

Ok so this has been run around for me. Finally I had thought I got the right seal because I found out my intermediate shaft was 90-93 but when I put it in the oil drips out slowly it seemed like the right size but does anyone know why its dripping slowly? And yes I did lube it with oil before installing. On top of that the passenger axel seal now has failed and it was a waterfall of oil from there.

normally only Honda seals seem to stop leaks guaranteed because they come pregreased

however most people simply don't use enough grease on the shaft and the actual inner lip of the seal of aftermarket seals to prevent it from binding upon startup(moving) from what I can gather(myself included previously)
