B18 Cams for B20?

hey, i hope this is the right place to put this...

do cams from a b18b fit a b20z motor? i was looking on crower's site and they only have cams for the b18b motor.

???I'm running Crower Cams in my B-16 head But i do think they were originally for a b18... Don't know about the B20 but i bet they would work just an educated guess though
