Default b18b cams vs b20b cams

which is more aggressive in a B20 long block? should i go with b18 cams in the b20 head?

I have 96' LS manual cams in my B20b. We put them in there thinking the 5-speed cams would be better then the b20b's (auto) but i then found out they are the same. I could be wrong. but i do have b18b cams in my b20 head.

exaust cams are the same b18b + b20 b/z, the us b20b4 intake came is not as good as the b20z or b18b
