Default b16a3 VS b18b

alrigth i got 2 complete shortblocks, what's better? im porting a b18b1 head, 3 angle vavle jobs with new valves, skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk2 valvesprings and retainers, skunk2 camgears. I'm looking for a ALL MOTOR LS, but i got 2 bottom block to choose from. the head is from a 96 LS, with 60,000 miles and bottom block too. the b16a3 bottom block has 40k's miles. I'm not sure, should i just stick with a b18b bottom block? or should i go with the b16a3 bottom block? i have some pully's to throw in the bottom block and a GSR b18c1 tranny for it too. I was thinking about the b16a3 bottom block and build it up. so it'll be a b16a2 bottom with a b18b head. But lemme know what u think, i need some advice and some help on this. thanks
