Default b16a3 question

Sup, I own a 96 Honda Civic Dx that I just got an engine swap in. The guy who did looked like he lefted some stuff out and really ddin't pay attention to what he was doing. my car does not have a steady idle. when im driving it sometimes feels like it wants to bog down and i just want to know how to fix it. it runs strong, but something around the motor isn't working right. and when the car is just running it wants to bog down also. i also noticed that there seemed to be some missing vacuum hoses. can anyone help me to find out how to get my car to idle right and not bog?
