Default B16a2 Swap/ Wiring Problem?

I have a 97 DX Coupe i just did a 2000 B16a2 Si Swap into. The swap came with everything wiring harness, n ecu. It all pluged in but when i drove it my gauge cluster dont work vtec dont engage and my raditor fan wont come on so it gets hott. Why is this? i was thinking cus its obd-2b n my chass is obd-2a but what can i do to fix this and can i drive it like that if i run a switch to my raditor fan to turn on for now?

you might hAVE to rewire a couple pins also. i had a 97 cx with the same problem i hard wired the radiater fan with a fusable switch. and had to repin 3-4 wires on the ecu from the harness for the vtec to work took me about 5 hours to figure out
