Default B16a2 correct ecu?

I have a 1997 civic cx which is a obd2a. I put in a B16a2 from a 2000 civic si, which is obd2b. I used the original wiring harness from my car and modified it for vtec and bought the obd2a to obd2b jumper harness so i could use the P2T ecu. Now since that ecu is obd2b, it is looking for the fuel system pressure sensor, which my car doesn't have being an obd2a, so it is throwing a cel. From my understanding, if I bought a 37820-P30-A02 from a 1997 del sol VTEC, it would not look for that sensor because it is an obd2a ecu to match my car. Would I get any other cel if i did this? I know those ecu's are rare but if I have to I will buy one just to not get a cel so i can pass emissions which is my whole reasoning for doing this. Any and all input will be appreciated.
