Default B16A2, changed O2 sensor but still running rough

I have a 92 Civic with a B16A2 motor and it started running rough. It threw a CEL which was code 1 for faulty O2 sensor. Since I was away from home at the time this incident occurred, I limped the car back home for about 20 miles. I then installed a Bosch O2 replacement sensor and the CEL disappeared, but the engine still runs rough. I can smell a little bit of unburned fuel which tells me that not all cylinders are firing. I'm going to check the wires and the spark plugs in the morning. Cap and rotor are fairly new (replaced in '09) but I will check also.

In the meantime, I have a few questions:
-Is there anything else I should check besides spark plugs and wires?
-Could the 20 mile drive home under rich conditions clog the catalytic converter?
-I've seen posts badmouthing Bosch O2 sensors, could the new sensor be to blame?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
