B16a1 BUT it will be OBD1 !!!
Hi, i've read a few post on engine, ecu ,distributors and found out everything seems to work together. My question is: I f I have a B16a1 (AKA OBD0), can I put a OBD1 distributor on it and make it a b16a1 OBD1 to be installed into a 92-95 civic using a p28 ecu? Is that process as easy as plug and play, can we do that kind of transplant? Also, wich distributor can fit a b16a1 ? Would the integra 92-96 Gs/ls BUT using a GSr ECU OBD1 would fit... this said, is the GSR distributor and Ls/gs the same, with same years specs?

any vtec dist. will fit, and the ls distr. fits but you have to chop one of the legs off(only one bolt will hold it),a cooland temp sensor with housing from a 92up, then wire harness and alternator.

i dont know about the single cam vtec, but my sohc distributor off the crx didnt work on the ls, but the internals were all the same, just swaped it all in.
