B16A with cam gears or B18C cams?
ok i have search and read all the threads on this site and i know everyone will take the gsr cams over the b16a cams for boost i even look at the specs on crower.com and it shows the gsr cams are bigger than the b16 but when i was looking up on how to identify a gsr cam i found this http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/cams/ctrcamspecs.gif is it me or the b16 cams are better than the gsr cams on ff-squad.com? if your wondering what is my setup i have a stock usdm gsr block with a stock b16a head and a t3-t04 turbo setup and the other thing is should i get the gsr cams or just get cam gears for my b16a cams?

You posted a link to b16b cams...not b16a cams. GSR cams are better then b16A cams like everyone is telling you.

why dont you do a back to back on the dyno and compare for yourself. reading some numbers on a website isnt going to get you very far.

I know everybody says that the GSR cams are better but is it really worth the money in getting GSR cams to swap in a B16a, is it like 15WHP difference or do you only notice a difference when getting over a certain power mark like 300WHP or are you just better off saving some money and getting aftermarket cams for your B16a?

According to that site the only difference between them is .1mm lift on the intake side, no duration changes whatsoever and the exhaust cam is identical in lift. Oh they have a little more overlap too.
So basically It will be like having stage 4 vtek.
