do i have to remove the driver side axle to install my clutch?

 

i think it was the passenger side, but don't quote me on that..

you will need to remove the halfshaft and passenger side axle

 

Just unbolt the halfshaft and pull the driver side hub from the LCA and pull it out a little to get the driver side axle and half shaft out of the way. Well more out of the way than leaving it in.

 

you dont have to remove the driver side axle,but you do need to unbolt the half shaft (sort of laying it to the side), as well as remove the passenger side axle. YOu might as well drain the tranny and refill with new fluid. Either 10w30 or Hond MTF will work. Id go wiht the Honda MTF, because it is supposed to be better quality, and if anything were to leak, you would know wether or not it was the tranny or the motor becasue Honda MTF is red.
