I have a 94 civic that I had a b16a put in it, it was converted to obd1. I hear alot of people say that when there vtec kicks in it screams. How can i check to see if my vtec kicks in because when i punch it and the rpms go high all i get is the car starts kind of pulling and it almost feels like its sputtering. I am still running the original p28 (no chips). At what rpms does vtec kick in on a stock p28?
