B16a in 89Si and having an ECU 22??? Vtec :(
Ok I noticed my ECU tonight, says ECU Code 22 on my B16a new ECU.
Code 22 is Variable Valve Timing & Valve Lift Electronic Control Pressure Switch (VTEC Pressure Switch). I havent learned enough about motors and all the techinical stuff yet, but how do I go about fixing whatever the problem is? I look under the hood, and on the left side of the block, theres a plug undone, and its not seeming to go back in. Could anyone tell me why my ecu is throwing this code?

I did not do the swap, and most likely dont have the knowledge to do so. I am looking at the 91 CRX service manual online and I cant find the Vtec stuff ANYWHERE. Here are some pictures of the motor. On the left hand bottom corner, theres a bunch of wires not hooked up, wondering what they are...
View them here http://community.webshots.com/...rbPPk . :-/ I really need some help on learning stuff. Im picking it up, very slowly though, I forget things all the time.

The reason you can't find any VTEC stuff in the service manual was that US spec EFs did not come with any VTEC motors. Here's a helpful diagram by Katman:

I don't know who did your swap or how your wiring is (as I could not get your pics to work), but if you don't feel comfortable fixing this yourself then I recommend you take the car to a reputable shop to get things fixed for you or maybe find a competent h-t member here that is local to you to lend you a hand. Good luck.
