Default b16 won't start

I put my b16a back together this weekend and it won't start. I have the 3 grounds connected and the engine does turn. There is spark and there is fuel pouring out the exhaust ports in the head. I am almost positive the engine is timed. Does anyone have any ideas at all?

Must be B16 flu season. Lots of fluids and bed rest.

hold the gas pedal down when you start it, if fuel is pouring out the exhaust it could have too much. i know that sounds funny but it cuts down the amount of fuel let into the engine when starting.

also make sure your getting spark in all 4 cyl and check the dist. timing.
