Default B16 Throttle issue.

I have a stock b16 with stock injectors and walbro 255 fuel pump. The engine Idles fine and there are no CEL's running stock p28 that worked fine on another car. What happens is if ease the throttle open it runs fine. But if I press the throttle too fast or if I crack the throttle just a litte it bogs and shuts off and I can see a little white cloud of smoke in the intake manifold.

Any help would be great

Is there an idle adjustment anywhere on the throttle body? Is it loosing air or fuel?

Cleaned IACV did nothing
switched out IACV that did nothing

I moved the throttle stop up and it got rid of the bogging issue.
