Default IDLE ISSUES! GSR swapped civic - blox intake manifold, Omni Throttle Body and new TPS

Hey guys, I have a b18c1 swap in my civic. I put installed a new blox intake manifold. At the same time I got a larger 68mm Omni throttle body and then an aftermarket throttle body sensor. When I installed everything I made sure that the TPS read .5 volts at closed throttle and 4.5 at open throttle. The idle seemed VERY low. Like 300 RPM's. I turned up the throttle stop screw thinking that is what I needed to do. I was able to get my idle up to 700 where it should be but once it warms up, after driving, it will idle now around 1500. Also, after driving on the freeway for any time longer than say 10 minutes my idle will surge.

Is there a proper way to setup the new throttle body? I had to basically turn my TPS all the way one way to get it down to .5 volts. I'm wondering if it could be faulty?? Any help is appreciated.

throttle stop screw is the wrong way to set the idle. the stop screw should be set so the throttle plate is fully closed and not binding or anything. the idle screw on the top side of the tb is where you should set the idle. it sounds like you might need to clean you iacv. and fix your throttle stop.
