Have to add knock sensor (1 wire). That's pretty much it. You might have to extend VTEC and water temp and Oil pressure. Also if your injector clips don't go right in, just use your D16Z6 injectors. They are the same exact size, same damn part no# too.

Knock sensor has to be added. It is a single pin connector. Alot of people just chip their ecu's to run without it. If you add it you need to run a single wire from the knock which is on back of the engine near the oil pressure sensor and run it into the car where the ECU is. As far as the rest if the connector does not plug into the sensor then cut it with about 5 inchs of spare wire before the clip or half way inbetween the connector clip and where the wire joins the rest of the engine harness then strip about 1/4 inch and solder it to a wire that lengthens the wire enough to connect the clip to the sensor. Not to much but not to little either.

If you are talking about the P72 and Butterfly valves then no.

also dont forget if you are useing the d16z6 harness you have to cut and extend the 4 wires for your o2 sensor (so they reach to the o2 in the rear now) other then that and the knock sensor thats it
